iNAVIS
iNavis is an innovation center that brings together and connects entrepreneurs and institutions from the maritime sector. These include companies involved in shipbuilding, transport, energy, propulsion systems, ICT technologies in maritime applications, innovation, marine and underwater research, and other sea-related activities. iNavis provides advisory, institutional, and financial support to all of the above-mentioned entities and actively participates in the initiation and implementation of joint projects. A large number of the center's tenant companies are knowledge-based, focused on high technologies and innovation, and oriented toward the global market.
Tenant services include access to workspaces and equipment, meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchens, sanitary facilities, and other shared areas.
APPLICATION
For the purpose of receiving tenants, every tenant will be able to receive mail and register his company doo or trade at the address of the iNavis Center. The space is air-conditioned and has broadband Internet, and all costs are included in the price.
The prices include the amount of rent and all overhead and other costs of using the office space in question at the price defined in the current price list of the iNavis Center.
The application for admission to iNavis Center should include:

Certificate of debt due to the Tax Administration no older than 30 days from the date of submission of the Application for admission to the iNavis Center, issued by the Tax Administration.
