Innovations have become part of people's everyday life. STEM education has proven to be an excellent learning approach because it allows children to come to their own conclusions, making them active participants.
Why STEM? Science and math lead to the development of technology that is then integrated with engineering to make it useful in our lives. STEM workshops are a way for children to learn how to think critically and come up with their own ideas and solutions. They ensure children focus on logical thinking and problem solving which will help them develop the mental habits they will need to succeed in any area of life.

HACKATHONS

A hackathon is a marathon competition in which teams work on innovative IT, i.e. digital solutions according to a given and chosen topic, be it in the form of mobile applications/websites or in the form of idea concept development.
The hackathon lasts 24 hours and is intended for competitors at least 16 years old.

Trokut launched a business incubator in the field of IT. As Trokut points out, the goal is to train SMEs in the wider area Šibenik-Knin County in order to be cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_domestic and competitive_on the foreign market. -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
In order to succeed in this, all entrepreneurs go through a cycle of 6 modules. Each module lasts a week, during which the entrepreneurs work "deep-dive" into the topic itself, and the presentation skills of the participants of the entrepreneurial incubator are further improved on a weekly basis.

Every year Trokut organizes its Trokut NEET Academy. So far we have covered topics - business analyst (bus analyst), full stack developer and data scientist.
The academy is intended for members of the NEET group, that is, young unemployed people who are not in the education system, but also for those who are employed in inadequate jobs and want to change their career. Education is free for all participants if they meet the prerequisites for the target group based on the measures of the active employment policy of the Croatian Employment Service and attend the program in a percentage greater than 80%.
