Lecture ‘Team Building and Leadership’ held as part of the Trokut Academy – Entrepreneurial GROWTH program

At Trokut, on February 9, 2026, the lecture “Team Building and Leadership” was held as part of the Trokut Academy – Entrepreneurial GROWTH program.

Participants had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge about building effective teams, managing team dynamics in a startup environment, and developing their own leadership style. Particular emphasis was placed on onboarding and talent retention, as well as conflict resolution within teams.

The lecture was delivered by Sandro Kraljević, a psychologist and director of Mind Lab d.o.o., a company specializing in applied business psychology. This lecture also marked the first in a series of educational sessions that Sandro Kraljević will deliver as part of the Trokut Academy – Entrepreneurial GROWTH program.
