Vedran Antoljak gave a lecture to a packed Trokut classroom on the topic – AI in everyday business!

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming a crucial element in transforming business processes, strategic decision-making, and creating sustainable competitive advantage. To promote a better understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in implementing AI solutions, Vedran Antoljak held a lecture on “AI in Everyday Business” on October 8th at Trokut Šibenik.

The atmosphere during the lecture was inspiring and very positive – participants were highly engaged, asking numerous questions and sharing their own experiences.

The training was designed to help attendees understand and practically apply AI tools based on data analysis. The focus was on using advanced ChatGPT features in a business environment, opening possibilities for optimizing decision-making processes, preparing detailed reports, and working with complex data and documents.

Through the session, participants gained foundational knowledge of how ChatGPT works, its functionalities, and the opportunities it offers. The practical part included specific examples of how to use the tool in analytics, productivity analysis, and document processing. Attendees also explored advanced features such as visual content analysis, voice interaction, and the use of the DeepResearch option.

Vedran Antoljak is a partner at Best Advisory, a consulting firm specializing in strategic management and digital business transformation. Throughout his career, he has been the founder and director of Apsolon (formerly Sense Consulting), collaborated with international institutions such as the World Bank and IFC, and lectured at leading business schools in Croatia and abroad. He is actively developing innovative AI solutions such as OKR-COPILOT and the SMART REGUL(AI)TE platform.
