NEET ACADEMY FOR OCCUPATION 
BUSINESS ANALYST

Trokut Šibenik launched the NEET ACADEMY in cooperation with partners FINA, Fores doo, IN2 doo, LibuSoft doo and Polytechnic in Šibenik, and enrolled the first group of participants for the IT occupation business analyst.
A business analyst is an IT specialist who:
actively participates in the application development and maintenance team, represents the link between the end users of the solution and the software engineers who develop it, understands business processes, analyzes the needs of users, forms them into requirements for software engineers, ensures that the delivered system adequately meets the needs of users.
He is in charge of:
 introduction of business applications for users and for their upgrades due to legal changes or changes in the user's business processes.

Education is free and lasts 4 months.
It is carried out by combining the theoretical and practical part with an emphasis on practical work according to the given schedule:
 
40 hours of theoretical classes and exercises
2 weeks of creating a seminar paper in a city/county company/institution
3 months of professional practice in one of the IT companies
The condition for admission to the academy is to have completed high school or college.
In addition to this, good ones are needed:
analytical abilities
communication skills in speech and writing
presentation skills
ability to cope under pressure
abilities and knowledge of using Office tools

Participants sign a contract in which they undertake to pay the education costs in case of unjustified withdrawal.
In accordance with the current policy of the CES, if all prerequisites are met, for trainees who are registered as unemployed at the Croatian Employment Service, professional practice will be financed through active employment policy measures.

 
The theoretical and practical part of the education was held in the Triangle Center.
The goal of the Triangle is to periodically hold the NEET Academy for currently sought-after positions.
